How do I cancel ?

1. Go here: https://www.theatrixhd.com and sign in. Once signed into Theatrix, click ‘Your Profile’ in the top right-hand corner of the site
2. Click on ‘Account Settings’
3. Go to the lower part of the screen and click on ‘Cancel Subscription’
4. We are sad to see you leaving…but to finalise and cancel subscription click on the red ‘Cancel
Subscription’ button
Please note: Deleting the Theatrix app or channel from your device does not cancel your
subscription. You must follow the cancel instructions above to stop being billed.
